Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

• We are one of the Human Resource & Management Consultants, a leading organization providing Maid Services for many years across the country.
• Our charges for the placement of a maid is one month’s salary as a service charge.
• The client must check the bag, purse, or any other belongings of the maid before they enter and leave the home for safety reasons.
• We are not responsible for any misbehavior or disputes between the candidate (maid/servant) and the client.
• If the invoices are settled and the candidate resigns for any reason, we provide a free replacement. However, this depends on availability at the same salary. If not available, the salary will increase as per market rate.
• The documents will be provided only after full and final payment and will be sent via courier.
• We check candidate background documents and references based on the details provided. However, we do not take responsibility for medical unfitness or misconduct by the candidate.
• Any advance payment requested by the candidate must be informed to our company. In case we are unable to fulfill the service, 50% of the amount will be refunded within 90 days via courier.
• Payments must be made in favor of Domestic Help India Services.
• Replacement Period: If the maid leaves or the client lets them go, we provide a free replacement—no questions asked.
• The replacement period is 11 months from the first maid’s joining date, with a maximum of 4 replacements. If the client cancels the contract, no refund will be issued.
• During the 11-month replacement period, if the client cancels the contract, the service charge/recruitment fees will not be refunded.
• The amount paid at the time of joining is the recruitment charge. The maid’s salary starts from their first working day and must be paid directly to the maid on a monthly basis.
• We strongly suggest the client conduct POLICE VERIFICATION of the maid to ensure they have no criminal background. Domestic Help India is not responsible for any crime committed by the candidate (civil or criminal).
• Before placement, the client must provide a job description and salary details. The client cannot assign additional tasks beyond the job description or reduce the salary. If the maid leaves due to such reasons, we will not replace the maid or refund the charges.
• All introductions are strictly confidential. If a client introduces a candidate to a third party who hires them, the client agrees to pay Domestic Help India Services the placement charges.
• Maid salary expectations change over time. If a replacement is needed, it may not be possible to find one at the same salary. No refunds will be given if the client does not revise their salary budget according to market rates.
• If a candidate (maid, cook, aya, attendant, servant, driver, office staff, etc.) is hired for in-house work, the employer has the right to check their bags and belongings. We are not responsible for any complaints, theft, loss, or robbery after the candidate has left.
• We will assist and cooperate with the employer in case of any such incidents.
• Registration Fee: ₹2000 for a lifetime (non-refundable). All traveling allowances are to be paid by the employer.
